There are glasses you fall for straight away, and then there are models that become even more interesting the closer you look at them. Götti Precious Objects definitely belongs to the latter category.

At first glance they are fairly simple glasses. Slim metal frames, classic shapes and a design that does not try to attract unnecessary attention. Here Götti has put great care into materials, craftsmanship and finish, rather than trying to create something that follows the latest trends.

Handmade titanium frames from Japan
All frames in Precious Objects are made by hand in Japan, a country with a long tradition of eyewear manufacturing and some of the world’s most skilled craftsmen.

The foundation is titanium, a material valued for its low weight, strength and durability. But it is above all the workmanship and finish that set Precious Objects apart from many other titanium frames.

Precious metals such as gold and palladium are used to give the frames a particularly beautiful surface. It is not about making the glasses more eye-catching, but about giving them that extra sense of quality that you both see and appreciate when you hold them in your hand.

Classic glasses to wear year after year
One of the things we like best about Precious Objects is that the shapes are so classic. The collection includes everything from round glasses to elegant pilot models and slightly more square frames.

These are models that do not depend on what happens to be fashionable at the moment. A well-made round metal frame will always look good, just like a classic pilot model.

We also think several of the frames go very nicely with lightly tinted or gradient-tinted lenses. That can give a classic model a little more personality without changing its basic feel. For those who prefer ordinary clear lenses, they are of course just as lovely.
