Dick Moby manufactures glasses and takes our impact on the environment very seriously.

In 2012, surfers Tim and Rob were on their worst surfing trip ever; the sea and the beach were littered with rubbish. Disappointed, they returned home and decided to do something about it. This led to the creation of the Dick Moby eyewear brand.

All the acetate (plastic) used in their frames is recycled and manufactured entirely without environmentally harmful oils. All metal frames are made from surplus material from other manufacturers. All glasses cases are made from recycled leather and the cleaning cloths are made from used and recycled PET bottles. All this is achieved, however, without compromising on quality.
